How to Convert PowerPoint Presentation to TIFF


Universal Document Converter is the most complete solution for the conversion of presentations, text documents and diagrams into TIFF files. The underlying basis of Universal Document Converter is the technology of virtual printing. As a result, exporting PowerPoint presentation into TIFF format is not any more complicated than printing on a desktop printer.

Please follow this manual to start converting of PowerPoint presentations.

  1. Download and install Universal Document Converter software onto your computer.

  2. Open the presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint and press File->Print... in application main menu.

  3. On the settings panel, click Load Properties.

  4. Use the Open dialog to select "Presentation to PDF.xml" and click Open.

  5. Select TIFF image on the File Format tab and click OK to close the Universal Document Converter Properties window.

  6. Press OK in Microsoft PowerPoint Print dialog to start converting. When the TIFF file is ready, it will be saved to the My Documents\UDC Output Files folder by default.

  7. The converted presentation will then be opened in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer software or another viewer associated with TIFF files on your computer.
