Convert HTML file to PDF with ease!


Universal Document Converter is the most complete solution for the conversion of documents into PDF or graphical files. The underlying basis of Universal Document Converter is the technology of virtual printing. As a result, converting HTML file into PDF format is not any more complicated than printing on a desktop printer.

Please follow this manual to start converting of HTML document.

1. Download and install Universal Document Converter software onto your computer.

2. Open HTML file you want to convert in Internet Explorer. In main menu, go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced. In Printing section check the Print Background colors and images option and press OK.

3. To remove page header and footer from output PDF file, in main menu press File->Page Setup. Remove any text from Header and Footer fields and press OK.

4. Press File->Print... in Internet Explorer main menu.

5. Select Universal Document Converter from the printers list and press Preferences button.

6. Select the Web-page, Web-form to JPEG, Color profile in the Universal Document Converter Printing Preferences window.

Select the web-page, Document to PDF, Color, Multipage profile in the Universal Document Converter Printing Preferences window.

7. Open the Image settings tab, select the PDF file format and press OK.

8. Press Print button to start converting. When the PDF file is ready, it will be saved to the C:\UDC Output Files folder by default.

9. Converted document will then be opened in Adobe Acrobat or another viewer associated with PDF files on your computer.
